Our Leadership

Monica Klein

Communications Director

Monica brings years of experience in communications, media relations and brand strategy to Latin Maps. As communications director for NYC Mayor de Blasio’s re-election campaign in 2017, Klein directed messaging across millions of dollars in paid advertising, crafted the campaign’s communications strategy, and served as lead on-camera spokesperson in the nation’s largest media market. In 2016, Klein served as regional press secretary for the Clinton campaign in Ohio.

Ricardo Diaz De La Vega

Founder & Chairman

Ricardo has founded Latin Maps and managed a range of successful marketing campaigns for many industries. His ability to create outstanding marketing strategies and the peer-group network he is part of, allowed him to gained the trust of large clients such as United Nations, Cadillac, New York City, Farmers, CPR123, The Dominican Film Festival, and many other medium and large American corporations. His raw creativity took him to lead a marketing campaign in Israel in 2015 and was invited to be part of the Alpha Program in the Web Summit 2016 – Dublin.

Nurzhamal Ryskulova

Founder / Chief Operations

Nucha is a founding partner at Latin Maps, focusing her efforts on long- term strategic business relationships and lead generation consulting for local and statewide campaigns. Being polyglot (7 languages) was key to open different doors for today’s success of Latin Maps. Nucha worked developing strategist to Energy Diet the largest network multi- level product based in Russia helping to raise millions of dollars for the company.
